In January of 2006, Ron Steinbrenner came to me and asked me to create a new look and image for the all new MEGA CLASSIC held in San Diego. It is a race in which the other 5 futurities in town compete against one another for an overall winner! I thought, this should have some weight to it then, substance. To that end, this is the logo. How much more power and strength and might can one show than through huge rock and boulders? A monolith among races. You will see the image now appearing in the Racing Pigeon Digest, and in further ads for years to come. Thanks for the work once again Ron! |
