In March or 2003, I recieved a letter from Val Matteucci, the Secretary/Treasurer of the IF, advising that the IF's annual magazine "Skytalk" was going to accept ads for this years publication. Soon after, Chris Peeman from Oak Haven Farms contacted me to ask if I would design the cover using his super cock, "Dreamboy", as the focal point. I glady accepted the job, but in doing so, had to make sure the IF and the committee ruling the magazine were happy with it's layout. Val, in the end, commented that the 2003 issue was the very best ever. |
