Mark Gargon contacted me in the summer of 2004 and asked if I would create the ad campaign for the IF Convention in 2005 as well as the convention book for that event. I was pleased to do it, so here its the first ad I created for the event held in Philly! Mark wanted to make sure we emphasized the historic significance of the city as well as it is the 125th year celebration of the IF !! So I made it bold that Philly is the birthplace of America and the birthplace of the IF, tying it together. Mark also wanted the imagery to folow suit with that idea, so I used the minutemen on top and within the ad. Mark was thrilled with the ad, and it ran in the new Digest Magazine as well as in the IF Skytalk 2005. |
