This is the first cover I designed for the AU back in 2001. To follow up with the big response Chris Peeman had with his new catalog, he bought the cover for the AU and wanted me to do something very similar. Instead of using the same rock as before, I went out to my backyard where I was re-doing my patio, picked out a nice piece of slate, scanned it and there you have it, new background. I also took the orange from the rock and used it for the numeral date. I liked the layout, so did Chris, and the AU loved it. |
