| In 2005 Anthony Sison, the chairman for the 2005 convention, contacted me to create the cover for the new California State Yearbook. So much can be done with LA images, but I thought why not approach it with less clutter and embody LA by merely using something simple, like the glass windows of a skyscraper instead. So, here is what I did. I like this image for a few reasons. The slant of the image makes it appear to be not square, when in fact it is. Two, I like the reflection of the birds I placed on the windows mirroring the birds I placed flying past. Three, I love the colors! Thanks Anthony! |
