In 2005 Mr. Ernie Garrett contacted me about creating an ad for the birds he represents from England bred by Jimmie Dickens. Not really sure what he wanted it to look like, I thought let's make it the New British Invasion! With that direction, started with the Union Jack, placed the two top stock birds over it, then faded it to a nice shade of gold to list all the birds accomplishments, of which there are MANY. Great pigeons! The ad ran in the Racing Pigeon Digest and Ernie loved it. I too am proud of this one, great eye-appeal. |
